Information for Presenters
The PCs at the conference centre have Windows XP as their operating system, with Microsoft Office 2003 software installed. ISAES delegates delivering oral presentations should check that their presentations are compatible with Powerpoint 2003.
There will be a speaker ready room at the conference for you to load/view your presentation. Please check in at reception for assistance. All presentations should be brought on USB stick to be loaded onto the computer in the Speakers Ready room at least 2h prior to the start of the session in which they will be presented.
Posters should be AO Portrait format (841 x 1189 mm).
Posters should be displayed for the duration of the session to which they have been submitted or assigned. Poster numbers have been emailed to all poster presenters. If you did not receive this then please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Posters must be taken down at the end of the day ready for the next session. Posters not removed will be taken down by the organisers. We don’t expect presenters to stand by their poster all day – a note on your poster to indicate when you will be available would be helpful.
If you need to use your lap top in the poster session room please make sure it is fully charged as there are no powerpoints available.
Please note that the deadline for using the ISAES poster printing service has now passed.
