Konstantinos Ververidis

Hello,

I am a third year PhD student and my Thesis is on multi-objective optimization for decision making on Scotland's agricultural systems. The aim of the project is to integrate Evolutionary Algorithms and Positive Mathematical Programming to build a model that finds policy designs that optimize the agri-environment. A number of key agri-environmental indicators are used as proxies for the sustainability of farming systems.

The PhD is funded by the Scottish Executive Environment and Rural Affairs Department (SEERAD) and supervised by Neil McRoberts and Andrew Barnes.
