Seismic Research Hosting Program
The city of Edinburgh, Scotland, contains a rich diversity of seismic-related research within The University of Edinburgh, the British Geological Survey (BGS), the Edinburgh Anisotropy Project (EAP), Edinburgh Time-Lapse Consortium (ETLP), and Heriot-Watt University, creating one of the most concentrated centres of seismic research in the World. The University of Edinburgh and the BGS, including EAP, are co-located in King's Buildings. ETLP are located on the Heriot-Watt University Riccarton Campus, on the outskirts of Edinburgh. We invite industrial scientists to conduct collaborative research projects, or to develop collaborative research programs in the extensive and professional, joint ETLP-EAP-University of Edinburgh visitor facilities. Typical visits last between 3 months and 3 years, and the model has been applied highly successfully over past years, with tangible results for both the University and industrial partner institutions:
The opportunity is now offered to scientists in your company or institution: |
